SHIPPING POLICY

At Cowgirls Edge, we want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays and use Canada Post as our shipping carrier. Shipping costs are based on parcel size and range from $2 to $15.

Delivery times within North America are typically around 10 days from the date of processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the time of year, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during shipping.

International shipping is not currently available.

If an item arrives late or damaged, please contact us immediately with photo or video proof of the damage. We will make it right by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

We offer returns and cancellations for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us with your order details. We will replace or refund the item once we receive it back in its original condition.

Please note that shipping costs for returns or cancellations will be at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
